Arts & Visual Communication
The arts and visual communication department oversees studio arts, graphic arts, multimedia as well as TV and video. The Studio facilities include the following fully equipped classrooms: ceramics studio, painting/drawing studio, sculpture/design studio, photography lab, digital graphics computer labs, and a video production studio/editing suite. Students also have the opportunity to exhibit their work and view the work of established professional artists at
LSC-CyFair's Bosque Gallery.
Volunteer and Student Worker Opportunities
Volunteer Gallery Docent Program
Students and community members are invited to serve as volunteer gallery docents in the Bosque Gallery

Student Employment in the Visual Arts
Students currently enrolled at LSC Cy-Fair may apply for a student worker lab assistant position, where they will learn art studio practices on the job by assisting faculty in the art studios or art gallery
