  • Candidates - Campaign 2008 from the Boston Globe newspaper provides a scorecard and news updates on each candidate and his/her status in the race.
  • FactCheck.org - Annenberg Political Fact Check from the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania acts as a "consumer advocate" for voters by verifying political information included in speeches, ads, and other communication.
  • FAIR - Fairness & Accuracy In Reporting from a liberal watchdog organization who promotes "independent journalism," provides critiques of news events in an effort to encourage greater dissemination of "neglected stories."
  • Federal Election Commission includes information on campaign finance.
  • Issue Coverage Tracker from the Washington Post newspaper lists prominent topics in the campaign and news coverage on those topics matched to the candidates.
  • The Living Room Candidate from the American Museum of the Moving Image (NY) provides video clips from presidential campaigns, 1952-2008.
